Every fall I seem to sort of “wake up” from my hot, sweaty Houston slumber. The kids head back to school and I get my routine back. Fall has always been my most active “self recovery” mode! I love big dreams, goal setting and thinking about all the “new (school) year” has to offer. With that in mind, I found that about 4 years ago I had all of this excitement about starting this weekly challenge online. I thought it would be fun to have my community join me in taking a moment out of their week to stop and think about how they can move from a stressed pre/holiday season to one where they would feel blessed. Recognizing all they DO have vs. what they DON”T have.
I would love for you to join me on a weekly virtual challenge via a facebook group. That means if you are on facebook, you can go to this page and “like” it. Then you will be able to participate in this group adventure. Although there will be many participating, it will be up to you to carry out your part. It will be a personal journey that anyone can follow.

Don’t worry if you are not on facebook, because I will post each weeks challenge here on my website too! And you can comment on any post here! All challenges will be under the theme of living a more joy-filled life. The title sort of says it all: From Stressed to Blessed. Although I am launching this in September, once you join, you can go to the “notes” tab (on facebook) and start your challenge at week 1 (or click on the right side of my website under the “4th annual Weekly Challenge”.
