Simply put, I coach others to untangle their joy from the chaos of daily life. I believe that when we make tiny shifts in our language that we speak to ourselves we can see big results. Our mindset can make or break us on any given day. That’s where I come in. I help you update your mindset, and reduce the fake news in your head. I equip you with all sorts of tools to use in your life daily. From mindset shifts, to learning how to brain dump and lots more. I fully believe that when we change our mindsets, we change our lives and we find more joy.

I once read “Joy is like looking for your eyeglasses and realizing they were on your head the whole time!” I believe that sometimes we don’t know how much joy is around us because we are so busy, so tired, so stuck in the same old same old. I truly believe that there are always good things to experience no matter what your life situation is.
Just by having a Coach and chatting with me on a regular basis, you will get plenty of value — you don’t have to work hard at it — for the benefits of coaching to occur. This is because the synergy that occurs as a result of the Coach and client relationship is what makes the biggest difference to any well-motivated client.
I’m here to coach you to realize, discover, re-discover and live the joys that are already in your life, perhaps hidden under the “clutter” of everyday life or even disguised inside some sad events that you haven’t been able to see it.

Pricing: 6 weekly thirty minute phone sessions $450 – I offer a complimentary session before we begin to make sure we are a good fit. In this session I will learn a little about your story, why you are interested in coaching and give you your first coaching tip to start you off on your journey. If we are a good match, you will then begin your six week bundle.
During your six weeks I offer regular texting check ins, inspiration and support between our phone calls.
As your coach I would like to help you look within and follow your heart to live a more joyful life. The information is right there in your gut, just waiting to be tapped into.
You will stop agreeing to do things that kill your energy and deaden your vision. You will re-discover what’s in your heart and what fits your purpose, and gently but firmly say ‘no’ to the things that don’t. You will enjoy rising every morning, eager and excited to get your day in action. Our first task together is to find out exactly what you want for yourself. We will discuss how to be selfish yet responsible, just talking about your options with someone who really listens is often enough to clarify things.
Together we’ll identify the things that drain your energy, and create a long-term strategy to eliminate them. In addition, we’ll focus on the things that give you energy, and explore how to maximize their impact. When you’re happy, productive, and free from problems, life is a lot more fun!
How can I help you? I can help you understand your strengths and blind spots; we work together through weekly telephone calls to develop strategies that help you succeed in meeting the challenges you face. As your coach, I will support you in achieving a life that you really want and love.
What is coaching? Coaching is one of the leading tools that successful people use to live extraordinary lives. Through our phone coaching sessions, my clients identify and discover what is most important to them and align their thoughts, words, and actions accordingly. Coaching offers a means for more balance, joy, intimacy, energy, financial abundance, focus, and action in every area of your life.
How is coaching different from therapy? Coaching isn’t counseling – the client isn’t allowed to dwell on the past but looks at today and develops action plans to enhance the future. Coaching is action-oriented and focuses primarily on the present and future. Think of a coach as your personal trainer – only not for your body, but for your mind. As your coach I enable you to determine your own answers through the work done in our coaching partnership. I remind you of your greatness when you forget, give you the tools to get unstuck, and challenge you to take action in spite of your fears.
