I love this AA mantra because it reminds us if we want a different life, we have to do different things.

In order to do different things, we must think differently! This is exactly where these mindset shifts come in.

By shifting how you think a little bit you will then shift how you feel, which then will shift what you do.

Remember if nothing changes, nothing will change.

So figure out what part of your life you’re not happy with, and then do something completely different.

Surprise yourself. Step out of that comfort zone, this is the time.

Remember not one day, but today, day one.

Think different so you can feel different so you can do different. This is the last month of my summer coaching package sale.
