If there is one thing I love to challenge people’s thinking on, it is helping them look at their lives with a tiny shift in focus. So often when we think of gratitude we think of the really BIG – good times, people and places in our lives. The problem is, when any of those big things on that list are the same items that are causing us concern or stress, we then feel lost. We don’t see “anything” to be grateful for when we are in a hard place. Gratitude is such a tricky idea yet it couldn’t be simpler. I am here to challenge your thinking and help you discover all of the tiny, small and often miss-able points in your life that when you PAUSE a moment to reflect on, you will see that you are now looking at your life from a completely different angle. Using this shift you will begin to notice all of the moments between the chaos, between the joy, between the sadness where you can recognize peace, love, laughter and more. I once read that if you have to move 10 inches from where you are to be happy, you will never be happy. Joy is in the NOW. Living a daily life with a gratitude filter is a practice that anyone can learn.
