This week as we enter week NINE!!! (seriously? we’ve been doing this for nine weeks???) My challenge to you is a simple one. I want you to LAUGH!
Life can be so crazy! This past week I wanted to cry because I was so tired and busy and crazy… but I made it through and today the sun was shining and we had big Texas blue skies and I felt happy and so I thought let’s spend this next week laughing. Plain and simple.
Did you know that laughter is good for your health
* Laughter relaxes the whole body. A good, hearty laugh relieves physical tension and stress, leaving your muscles relaxed for up to 45 minutes after.
* Laughter boosts the immune system. Laughter decreases stress hormones and increases immune cells and infection-fighting antibodies, thus improving your resistance to disease.
* Laughter triggers the release of endorphins, the body’s natural feel-good chemicals. Endorphins promote an overall sense of well-being and can even temporarily relieve pain.
* Laughter protects the heart. Laughter improves the function of blood vessels and increases blood flow, which can help protect you against a heart attack and other cardiovascular problems.
Each day this week I will try to post a funny clip for us to watch and laugh with. Here is the first one I came upon today and boy did it make me laugh!

Then I showed it to my kids, and they laughed. I dare you to watch the whole 4 minutes and NOT laugh… not possible.
