use it’s my birthday month! So that is where the CELEBRATE comes in. That’s the easy part. The hard part is the GROW…I am pushing myself OUTSIDE of my comfort zone this month – which is hard even for this “extrovert” (as I am so lovingly referred to by many…ahem…you know who you are 
) yet, truly I am still a bit shy at new things.
So, I love this reminder. I am going to make myself proud. I challenge you to do the same. Make yourself proud. Give YOURSELF some of the compassion you share so lovingly with others this month. Be kind to YOU as you are moving through the tough parts. The growing pains. This thing called life. Be proud of how far you’ve come.
