Week 11 ~ laugh

Here we are,  in the middle of the hustle & bustle of the Holiday season.  I feel pretty certain that the STRESS may start adding up for many of us… So how do we slow it down and how can we switch our mode to feeling BLESSed?  One sure way is LAUGHTER.  (I know I’m a few days late on posting this week’s word, but I was in NYC with the family over Thanksgiving and boy did we laugh!)  This week, take a MOMent every day to laugh.  Maybe watch an old episode of Friends or Seinfeld.  Maybe do a search on funny animal videos on YOUTUBE.  Maybe watch some old home movies or look at funny old photos.  Maybe ask your friends and family to tell you their best joke or do a funny impression.  Find the LAUGHTER this week and feel your stress melt away.  If you have a funny youtube favorite, share the link below!
