Week 12 ~ Write it down

10454444_812104458831203_2426786575483526040_n Week 12 ~ Write it Down… Holy Moly… as we creep closer to Christmas do you feel the stress creeping UP??? Well, make sure to check in here and possibly even, REPEAT some of the other week challenges to help you through… Here is another challenge to help you reduce stress WRITE IT DOWN… If you are anything like me, I wake up in the middle of the night with a million things to do and then fall back asleep only to wake up in a panic.

So, now I sleep with a pad of paper and a pen next to my bed. Every morning this week, as I woke up, I write down my list. Once it’s on paper, you have freed it from bouncing around in your head. Then through out the day or week, you can check off your items as they are done….helping you feel accomplished and MIGHTY.10806330_812103478831301_1869171371838922775_n

This week keep a paper or your note ap on your iphone handy, and WRITE IT DOWN… watch the pressure slowly release from your head and watch as you start getting it all done. Video to post soon! (need to put on my makeup first! lol)
