“NOW”
It is all so easy to get bogged down in what we could have done differently in the past,
or what we need to do in the future
that we miss what is happening…
right now, in this moment, in this day, in this relationship.
My challenge for us this week is to be present in the NOW.
Every day find a moment…it doesn’t have to be long and…
STOP…
What do you see?
What do you hear?
What do you feel (physically and emotionally)?
What do you taste?
What do you smell?
Put down your phone, your book, walk away from your computer…
Listen to your children, your partner, your own heart, God’s ever-present Spirit…
Once a day STOP and pay attention to NOW…
