Did that get your attention? One way to take your life from Stressed to Blessed is to KISS often! Don’t worry, this is not an intimacy challenge. It’s all about Keeping It Simple & Smart!
I know you are crazy busy and probably have a schedule that is anything but simple. So this week I encourage you, NO – I CHALLENGE YOU, to simply your life & do things in a smarter way!
I read in a book once that said your environment, the noise level, the relative calm or chaos in your life is usually a reflection of your inner world & your degree of peace. So your challenge is twofold.
First, take time each day for a few moments of alone time. Do something that will help you find a place of calm. You may choose to take a hot bath, read in your favorite chair, sit in the back yard or do some yoga poses. Anything that will bring you a little more peace! Keep it simple.
Secondly, find a way to bring peace to your external environment. What part of your home or office feels chaotic? Could you reorganize or clean that area? Start small and look for ways to work a little smarter.
