Here we are, one third of the way to our goal. This week is about amping up our awareness levels again. I know on Week 2 ~Making a Comfort List~ there were some comments about it being a little harder than our Week 1 ~Gratitude List… I think partly that was because as women, we tend to put everyone else’s needs in front of our own. So we know what will make our kids feel better, or our friends, or our family, but often we aren’t quite sure what will make us feel better. So I thought as we move into week 5, I would challenge you to create a FAVES List. Each day I will give you a different “thing” for you to list your favorites. For instance, one day it might be food. This exercise is to help you learn how to be more aware of what brings you JOY. By having these weekly lists available to you at any time you need a boost, you are putting yourself in the driver seat of your happiness.
