Good morning all! Can you believe we are half way through our challenge? This is week 7! Let’s do a quick recap before I talk about this weeks challenge word. (courage). The idea of this fun challenge is to help you think just a little bit differently in your day to day life. To help you shift ever so slightly to point you more towards JOY and away from stress. I hope you have been intentional in your weekly focus on the challenges. I know I have been, and it always amazes me how much better I feel when I make these tiny shifts… So far we have challenged you to look around and see all that you are THANKFUL for. Then we asked you to try and stay in the NOW to see all that life is offering you. Next we asked you to LISTEN to what your life, your love, your heart is telling you. To quiet yourself and feel RUAH, the spirit among you. With that, we moved to CONNECT to help you realize all the blessings you have in your life, people, love… and then to think about your STORY and the stories that mean so much to you.
In just recapping these 6 challenges I feel a sense of peace. I hope you are enjoying these challenges and finding them helpful. Later today, I will challenge us to move forward with COURAGE! I’ll see you soon.
- This week’s word is COURAGE! One of the many bloggers I follow always talks about this phrase “I CAN DO HARD THINGS.” This simple but powerful word always pushes me to know, YES, I can do hard things… and with a little bit of COURAGE and a whole lot of faith, I push through. I am amazed at all of the people I know who use COURAGE to help them do GREAT things and SMALL things. What can YOU use courage for this week?
- You know, sometimes all you need is twenty seconds of insane courage. Just literally twenty seconds of just embarrassing bravery. And I promise you, something great will come of it.

From the movie We Bought A Zoo— - Just as in the wizard of Oz, the lion knew he needed courage, he was afraid of his own shadow. To be successful we must do things that unsuccessful people do not want to do. Those things require levels of courage. BE BRAVE Y’ALL!
