Lucky 13~ Most people find #13 unlucky, but not ME… I was born on April 13, after all. So I LOVE the number 13. And this week we are in week 13, so your challenge is to make someone else feel LUCKY. Yes, there are two sure fire ways to quickly CHANGE your stress level… The first, is always… BE GRATEFUL ~ when we are grateful for all that we have, we realize that we have all that we need. The second sure fire way to reduce stress, is by doing something nice for SOMEONE ELSE!
That is your challenge this week. What can you do for someone else? Whether it’s something big or small. A surprise gift or a big smile and a hug. This week, really focus on others and help them realize how LUCKY they are by your kindness. Do it anonymously or with a love letter. Do it to a stranger or a family member.. You get the point. SPREAD KINDNESS TO OTHERS this week.
