Today I’m taking a few minutes after my walk to ask you….what are you full of? What is your mind full of??? Your heart full of? Is it fear? Is it kindness? Is it anger? Is it love. Research has shown that what we are “full” of is what will “spill” out of us during stressful times…When the road gets rough, we need to have extra servings of grace, gratitude, love, and hope….but if that’s not who we are or what we practice daily, it will not show up. I challenge you to start “filling” your heart & mind with the good. Start looking around you and asking “what do I SEE that brings me JOY?” What do I HEAR that brings me JOY? Who do I KNOW that brings me JOY? The more we look for it, the more it appears and the FULLer our lives become! Making others happy and laughter fill my life! Always being nice, especially in those tough situations where niceness isn’t the expected response. Remembering that life is about how I treat others always seems to fill my heart completely!
